Established in the year 2016, Ravent is an online community and social loyalty rewards platform that enables individuals to receive cash back on your everyday purchases, review businesses and for businesses to engage and stay connected with consumers to drive more sales and to create brand advocacy (app coming soon).
Ravent was also formed to help entrepreneurs and small businesses develop communication and engagement between businesses and consumers. We believe that storytelling helps create a personal connection, transparency, engagement, and fosters loyal relationships with consumers. Our platform aims to help businesses develop a customer service culture and loyalty mindset in the communities they serve through storytelling that enables customers to provide authentic and quality feedback on their products and services. What We Do
We enables individuals to receive cash back on their everyday purchases, review businesses and for businesses to engage and stay connected with consumers through our unique mobile platform (app coming soon).
We also conduct video profile interviews on entrepreneurs and small/medium businesses with the emphasis on how customer feedback and the lack thereof has impacted business growth. Interviews will be launched in 2018 as a two part series Season 1 – Entrepreneur Series & Small/Medium Business Series.
